These terms apply when you play Richverse, a game operated by [OWNER], [COUNTRY]. By creating an account you agree to them.
A game, not money
Virtual credits, pieces, certificates, cards and auction wins exist only inside the game. They have no cash value, can't be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred outside the game, and are not ownership of any real item. Brands and products in Richverse are fictional.
Credit packages
Credit packages bought through Apple or Google are a licence to use virtual credits in the game. Refunds follow the store's policies and the law where you live. Credits we give for free (such as the starting fortune) may be adjusted if they were received in error.
Your account
- Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account per person. Don't use bots, scripts, bugs or several accounts to gain an advantage.
- Your display name and photo must not be offensive, misleading, or someone else's. We may remove photos and rename or suspend accounts that break these rules.
The game can change
We may add, change or remove features, pieces and values (prices and daily values move by design), and we may correct balances affected by errors. We'll try to give notice of big changes.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Richverse is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for the loss of virtual items.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], without taking away rights your local consumer law gives you.
